Where is my Serial Number?

Following your purchase, a message is sent to your email address, usually within minutes.

The message will contain your Serial Number. For example:

If you haven't received a message within an hour or so, check your Junk Mail folder. You may also need to check any spam filters your ISP may have.

Please ensure that the email address used to purchase Kitty is valid and that your mailbox is not full.

If you still cannot find the mail, please contact us.

In the event that we're unable to contact you via mail, check the Swoop Blog to see if we've left a message for you.

I lost my Serial Number!

Serial Numbers can be replaced at any time, quickly and for free by clicking here.
