If you haven't received your Serial Number shortly after purchase, please check:

Your Purchase Email Address

• is the email address you are checking the same address used
  when purchasing?
• is the email address provided when purchasing, valid?
• are there any spelling mistakes?

Your Mailbox

• is the mail in your Junk Mail folder?
• are there any Junk Mail filters used by your Internet Provider?
• is your mailbox full?

If you still cannot find the email, please contact us.

I lost my Serial Number!

Serial Numbers can be replaced at any time, quickly and for free by clicking here.

I've changed my email address
