Note: if you have only just made a purchase and are awaiting your Serial Number, please read the section below "I just made a purchase, where is my Serial Number?".

If you have just purchased a product but haven't yet received your Serial Number, please check:

Your Purchase Email Address

• is the email address you are checking the same address used
  when purchasing?
• is the email address provided when purchasing, valid?
• are there any spelling mistakes?

Your Mailbox

• is the mail in your Junk Mail folder?
• are there any Junk Mail filters used by your Internet Provider?
• is your mailbox full?

If you still cannot find the email, please contact us.

If one of our applications tells you that your Serial Number is "Out of Date", please check that you are using the latest version of the application.

To update:

• Launch the application. A window will appear, asking you to purchase the product.
• Press the "Play Demo" button. The game window will eventually appear.
• Select "Check for Updates" from the product menu. (This menu appears to the right of the Apple menu.)

After updating, you should be able to use your Serial Number. Please contact us if you continue to have problems.

Yes. If a Swoop Software game ever goes missing from your Mac (e.g. the product has been moved to your Trash) you can simply download the game again. You do not need to purchase a second time.

Simply drag the Swoop Software game from your Applications Folder to your Trash.

To help ensure that she works properly and safely, Kitty will quit if any of her files are missing, altered or damaged. A window will appear, asking you to download the latest version.

Before downloading the latest version, first move your existing copy of Kitty in to your Trash folder.

We normally offer several versions for download but are currently fixing a bug related to Kitty and older Macs. We hope to have this option back up shortly!

On older Macs with only 32MB of video memory, such as the eMac or iBook G4, the cards in Kitty Spangles Solitaire 4.0.1 and later may appear garbled.

To fix this we normally suggest you download Version 4.0. However, we're currently fixing an unrelated bug concerning Kitty and older Macs and can't offer any older versions at this time.
